Leopold Land Ethic Workshop

October 14th, from 6-8pm Merck Forest and Farmland Center will be hosting a Leopold Land Ethics Workshop, which are calling Connected Taconics Block Gathering— and we are extending the invite to you! Dinner and refreshments will be provided; registration is required, with a max of 20 spaces available). Across Vermont, the goal of such Land Ethic workshops is to provide an opportunity “for all Vermonters, no matter their background or circumstances, to explore and develop a land ethic, and to spark or strengthen partnerships that protect Vermont’s natural resources.” For the Connected Taconics Block Gathering we are excited to discuss individual land ethics in conjunction with your land in order to understand what you value, how you steward your lands and what goals you have for your forests and fields. If you’re interested in learning more about this upcoming discussion, check out the event listing our Get Involved page.
